Warranty

All devices come with an official manufacturer warranty of 3 to 12 months depending on the brand. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover mechanical damage or liquid ingress.

Consumables (cartridges, coils, e-liquids) are not covered by the warranty but can be exchanged if the defect is found before use.

Returns

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. Contact us first — we'll explain how to send it back and refund the money within 3 business days.
